It depends on the capture type. Matterport produces a hosted, navigable virtual tour, a floor plan PDF, and measured walkthroughs. LiDAR adds the point cloud file (.e57 or .rcp) plus optional Revit modeling work. Drone deliverables include orthomosaics, site models, and time-series progress photos. The exact deliverable list gets confirmed on the intake call before the scan is booked.

Hosting is included while the project is active. After delivery, hosting continues on a low monthly basis, or you can take ownership of the files for on-premises hosting. We do not lock the underlying capture behind a subscription paywall.
