About emergency response mapping
Pre-incident digital twins for fire departments, security teams, and public-safety agencies operating in commercial and municipal buildings.
When the lights go out and the radio gets loud, the team responding needs to know the building. Pre-incident mapping captures interior layouts, access points, shut-offs, and structural detail so first-arriving teams can orient before they breach. We scan municipal buildings, commercial properties, and private facilities for tristate fire, security, and tactical teams.
What pre-incident mapping is
Pre-incident plans are documented in NFPA 1620 and are standard practice for fire departments operating in any non-trivial commercial occupancy. A 3D walkthrough adds navigable orientation on top of the conventional floor plan, useful in low-visibility conditions, multi-team coordination, and pre-deployment briefings. The plan does not replace the floor plan. It adds a view that the team can step through in advance.
Common scope
Most engagements are commercial high-rises, large retail, private schools, nursing homes, multi-tenant industrial, places of worship, and large municipal complexes. New Jersey public-school K-12 mapping is covered by the state's SB-2426 contractor and is not work this site competes for. Private schools, parochial schools, and out-of-state K-12 facilities are still open work.
Deliverables
Engagements typically deliver as a password-protected web-hosted twin, marked-up floor plans with access points and utility shut-offs labeled, and optional integration with the responding agency's incident-management system. For agencies with specific dispatch-side software, we will spec the export format on intake.
Privacy and chain of custody
Pre-incident plans are sensitive by definition. We sign confidentiality agreements per the facility's preference, deliver files through password-protected access, and source media stays under the facility's control. Local fire departments often have specific custody requirements for the plan itself; we will defer to their standard.
