Office and retail leasing tours run year-round. Healthcare campuses commission scans for new-hire orientation and capital-project documentation. Hospitality clients capture post-renovation. Pre-incident plans for high-rise commercial come through the fire-department side of the practice. Most engagements involve coordinating with building management for elevator and freight access, which we handle as part of the intake.
Working in Manhattan
Most scans run during off-shifts to avoid clinical, retail, or office disruption. Loading and equipment movement gets pre-staged with building management the day before. Standard NDA and certificate-of-insurance requirements are part of the intake. For tenants in older buildings without freight elevator access, we plan logistics in advance.
