Scanning around active operations
Scans run during off-shift windows or in coordination with department leadership. Patient-facing areas are scanned only when patients are not present. We never ask staff to work around the scanner — the scanner works around them. Most departments can be captured in a few hours of operator presence, scheduled in coordination with the unit charge.
Privacy and chain of custody
Patient-facing areas are scanned outside of clinical hours, never with patients present. Faces in waiting areas are blurred during processing. Source media stays under the facility's control and final files are delivered through whichever secure transfer system the IT team prefers. Standard confidentiality agreements are part of the intake; we will sign whatever the legal team needs.
Deliverables
Most healthcare jobs deliver as a web-hosted twin with department-specific entry points, plus department-specific floor plan PDFs. Facilities teams often add an equipment-inventory layer with hotspots over major medical equipment. We can also export point cloud data for retrofit and capital-project teams that need to open the dataset in CAD.
