Matterport virtual tours and floor plans for commercial listings and select high-end residential properties across NJ, NY, and PA.
We focus on commercial real estate (office, retail, industrial leasing) and the residential cases where a high-fidelity tour materially shortens the sales cycle. For straightforward listings, your photographer probably has this covered. We earn our place when the property is large, the buyer pool is out of state, or the listing is going to live online longer than a typical residential listing.
When a virtual tour earns its place
Tenants and buyers do not always live in the market. A high-fidelity walkthrough lets out-of-state prospects screen properties without flying in, brokers send a link instead of scheduling a showing, and a listing stays useful on a website long after the broker's normal photography would feel stale.
The math gets clearer the bigger the space. A 50,000 square foot vacant office floor is more or less impossible to convey through photos alone. The same is true for industrial flex space, hospitality, and multi-tenant retail. For sub-3,000 square foot residential listings, a virtual tour is usually a luxury rather than a must.

Deliverables
Every job delivers as a web-hosted Matterport tour with a public-facing link the brokerage can drop into the listing page. Floor plan PDFs are included as standard. Dollhouse view, mini-map, and embed snippets are available on request.
Turnaround
Most spaces scan the same day or next day. The hosted tour goes live within a couple of business days once we have captured. For listings on tight deadlines, tell us at intake and we will sequence the schedule accordingly.
